These Terms govern the use of the “Studio Toolkit” software (“the Software”), created and licensed by Vantic (“we”, “us”), to any purchaser (“you”). The purchase itself is concluded with Gumroad, acting as Merchant of Record (the seller of record), which handles payment, tax and invoicing. By placing an order you accept these Terms together with Gumroad’s buyer terms.
Studio Toolkit is a downloadable plug-in/script suite for Autodesk 3ds Max (2022–2025). The feature list shown on the website is indicative; we may improve, change or discontinue features within the same major version.
Upon payment you receive a unique, single-use license key granting a perpetual license for one machine, as detailed in the EULA. Delivery is electronic and immediate. No physical goods are shipped.
For digital content supplied immediately, EU consumers acknowledge that, by requesting immediate access and download, they expressly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download/key has been delivered (Art. L221-28 French Consumer Code / Directive 2011/83/EU). Refunds are processed by Gumroad as Merchant of Record under Gumroad's buyer terms; in particular, once a license key has been activated the purchase is non-refundable.
The Software is provided “as is”. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it working on supported 3ds Max versions but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Statutory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
Your purchase includes updates within the v1.x major version and reasonable e-mail support at contactvantic@gmail.com. Future major versions may be chargeable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes will be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to any consumer rights to bring proceedings locally.
